Drive to Bukhara through Kizil-Kum Desert (460 km – 7-8 hours driving).

• Stop near Amudarya river for photo shooting.
Upon arrival in Bukhara transfer to a hotel, check-in at hotel.
• Folklore Show in the Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah (depends on a season) A folklore show in the Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah is the best way to get acquainted with the dance traditions of Uzbekistan.
The evening show takes place in the courtyard of this historical monument from the 17th century, so guests can dine in a pleasant medieval setting while watching the grand production.

• Visit the Mausoleum of Ismail Samani - the burial place of Samanid dynasty dated 9 century, one of the most esteemed sights of central Asian architectures
• Chashma Ayub (Prophet Job’s well). • Arc Fortress - the center of political events and residence of Bukharian rulers until 1920. Nowadays there is a museum inside.

18:00 - Traditional cooking master class Trying a traditional uzbek meal “Manti” in a local uzbek house. Manti or manty - a traditional meat dish of the peoples of Central Asia, consisting of finely chopped meat in a thin dough, cooked under steam.

10:00 start of excursion in Bukhara:
• Sitorai Mohi Khosa - Summer palace of Emir of Bukhara.
• Pilgrimage sight - Bahovadin Nakshbandi theologist of sufizm 14 century.
Drive to Gizhduvan city (50 km – 45 minutes driving).
13:00 - Break for lunch Gʻijduvon is famous for its local cuisine and is considered to have the best roasted meat “shashlik” making techniques. Shashlik is beef or lamb marinated overnight and grilled on skewers.
Arrival in Samarkand

Drive to Tashkent through Jizzakh region (305 km – 5-6 hours driving)
• En route stop for lunch in Jizzakh city to try “Jizzakh samsa” “Jizzakh samsa” is considered a gastronomic masterpiece. The way it is cooked surprises all lovers of delicious food. The secrets of making such samsa have been passed from generation to generation for several centuries. The dough of samsa is thin, the meat is cut coarsely. Onions and a little fat are also added to the stuffing, which gives it juiciness and rich flavour. Samsa is cooked in a vertical tandoor. You wonder why samsa of such size does not fall down in the tandoor? This is the secret of Jizzakh masters.
16:00 – Arrival in Tashkent
